Gurudwara shri sisganj sahib ji located at Old Delhi in Chandni Chowk. This Gurudwara have significant Role in Sikhism Community. In sisganj Gurudwara 9th guru of Sikhs Shri Guru Teg Bahadar ji beheaded in 1675 by Mughal King Aurangzeb because of guru Teg Bahadur refused to converting their Religion in Islam.

Before their body could be quarated, further disrespect and Released to Public View. The body was recovered under the cover of darkness caused by severe by dust storm one of the Guru's disciples called "lakhi Shah Vanjara" who then set his home alight to cremate the Guru's body. Same sis (head) of guru was recovered and taken to Shri Anandpur Sahib by another sikh.

The Gurudwara Shri Sisganj sahib holding very rich history that is why called one of historical Gurudwara in Delhi.
